Delete your DB Budget account

In the app (fastest)
- Open DB Budget and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to More → Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with (your Apple or Google email), with the subject “Delete my DB Budget account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to tell you it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email and sign-in links (Apple / Google)
- All entries, accounts, categories, budgets, goals and bills in workspaces you own
- Your “About you” answers and settings
- Your access to Family or Business workspaces others shared with you (their own data stays with them)
What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups are overwritten within 14 days.
- A short security record that an account was deleted (no name, email or entries) is kept for up to 1 year.
Entries you made without an account live only on your phone; deleting the app removes them. See the privacy policy.
