The service
These terms are an agreement between you and Dashrath Bharat Square Technology Private Limited (“DB Square Technology”, “we”).
DB Budget is a free app for recording and planning your own money. It is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.
Your data and your responsibility
- You are responsible for what you enter and for checking important figures yourself.
- Without an account, your data exists only on your phone; export it regularly if it matters to you.
- When you share a workspace, everyone you invite can add and change entries in it. Invite only people you trust.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, to disrupt our servers, or to use DB Budget for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep DB Budget available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the cloud service will never be interrupted. The app keeps working offline when it is.
Liability
DB Budget is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Dashrath Bharat Square Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on what you record in the app.
Ending
You can stop using DB Budget and delete your account at any time from the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
